I collect data on everything, but it's hard to find swim intervals in my Garmin data, so I'm adding a one-line note when something grand or terrible happens in swim practice
6/2/16 - broken 1650m in 30:30 after subtracting rest
5/5/16 - 16 x 100y on 1:45 interval
4/26/16 - 200, 400, 800, 400 all at 1:41/100y pace - goal of steady pacing
3/8/16 - 1650y straight in 28:19, 1:43/100y pace
10/13/15 - 7 x 200 pull. 1-3 descend at 3:37, 3:31, 3:20. 4-6 drill. 7 for time and I got a 3:09. Yay pull!
8/13/15 - 6 x 50 descend on 1:20. hit 1:08, 1:04, 59, 55, 50, 45! Hit the goal of big descend on big rest!
7/23/15 - 16 x 100m on 1:55 interval. Not a breakthrough, but good mental fortitude
7/21/15 - 2x 500 descending by 100 in 9:22, 9:23, 1000 goal time 19:00, achieved 19:10
6/23/15 - 400 at 7:06, 2 x 200 at 3:29, 3:31, 4 x 100 at 1:40, 1:41, 1:40, 1:40.
6/9/15 - 3 x 500 at 9:02, 8:59, 9:00, steady 1:48/100m pace.
5/14/15 - 800m Z2, pull buoy at 1:44, 1:44, 1:44, 1:44, 1:43, 1:43, 1:41, 1:44. Consistent!
4/28/15 - 200,400,800,400,200m Z2 at 1:46, 1:47, 1:48, 1:48, 1:44 pace
4/23/15 - 100m fast at 1:39, 1:38, 1:37, 1:38, 1:41
3/10/15 - 1650m straight in 30:09
2/12/15 - 16 x 100m on 1:50 interval
2/5/15 - Broken 1650m in 29:28 after subtracting rest
